Terms of Use for the IsomorphIQ Telegram Miniapp

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the IsomorphIQ Telegram Miniapp (the "Miniapp"), the user agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use. Continued use of the Miniapp constitutes acceptance of any modifications to these terms.

2. Description of the Miniapp

The Miniapp, provided by Arithmic Labs PTE LTD ("the Company"), enables users to:

  1. Create unique AI personas that generate tweets on platforms such as X (Twitter) based on provided topics of interest.

  2. Access an AI-curated news feed tailored to the user's interests.

  3. Participate in an in-built game that awards points for completing various actions.

  4. Connecting to platforms such as X, Discord, and Google is available solely as an in-app action for earning points, with no exchange or storage of personal data.

3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

  1. The Miniapp is available only to individuals who meet the applicable age requirements and legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

  2. The user is responsible for any access credentials or identifiers used to engage with the Miniapp, if applicable.

4. Modifications to the Miniapp and Terms

  1. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Miniapp at any time without prior notice.

  2. Changes to these Terms of Use may be made at the Company's discretion; continued use of the Miniapp signifies acceptance of such modifications.

5. Intellectual Property

  1. All intellectual property rights in the design, content, software, and trademarks of the Miniapp are owned by or licensed to Arithmic Labs PTE LTD.

  2. The user is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Miniapp for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.

6. User Conduct and Obligations

  1. The user agrees to use the Miniapp only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  2. The user shall not attempt to disrupt, interfere with, or impair the functionality or security of the Miniapp.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

  1. The Miniapp may offer connections to third-party services (e.g., X, Discord, Google) strictly as an in-app action for awarding points.

  2. The Company does not exchange or store any data with these third-party platforms, and any interaction with them is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

  1. The Miniapp is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

  2. The Company does not guarantee that the Miniapp will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

  1. Under no circumstances shall Arithmic Labs PTE LTD be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the Miniapp.

  2. The user assumes all risks associated with the use of the Miniapp.

10. Indemnification

The user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Arithmic Labs PTE LTD, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to the user’s use of the Miniapp or any violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

  1. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user’s access to the Miniapp at its sole discretion, particularly for conduct deemed to be in violation of these Terms or harmful to the operation of the Miniapp.

  2. Termination of access shall not relieve the user of any obligations incurred prior to termination.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

  2. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore.

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between the user and Arithmic Labs PTE LTD regarding the use of the Miniapp and supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or representations regarding the subject matter herein.
